What is The Popcorn Panel?
The Popcorn Panel is a series of reviews on current and older films, Nicholas and Ethan will discuss and debate films, helping you decide whether the film is worth a watch. In every edition, we’ll share our opinions on a movie and explain it so viewers can come to explore, understand, and appreciate the film. December, we’ll cover movies to match your holiday spirit. Halloween, we’ll only cover the spookiest of movies. Get ready to hit the beach and drive with your windows open come the summer, where we’ll cover the hottest movies when they come out.
What Movies Will We Be Covering?
The Popcorn Panel plans to cover movies over a variety of genres, making sure you can find a movie that matches you. To give you a preview of what is to come to our Popcorn Panel theatre, we’ve put together a list of our first five popcorn reviews:

- Stuart Little and Trap – M. Night Shyamalan
- A Quiet Place 1 and 2, and Day One – John Krasinski

How Does The Popcorn Panel Work?
As you can see, in most editions, each episode will cover a different director and some of their most popular movies. In other editions, we’ll cover the latest movies to be released, making sure you are updated on the latest in film and pop culture.
Our reviews will be a collection of different segments, each pieced together to provide a comprehensive view of each film that comes to the Popcorn Panel. We’ll give a synopsis of the movie, review the cast, analyze director choices, cinematography, and sound design, explain our interpretations of the film, and more.
We’ll rank each film and director according to our analysis of overall impact and entertainment value, adding to a growing list that tracks the Popcorn Panel over time, helping you see what movies are worth your time.
