Michelle Hamlett Farley graduated from Mentor High School in the class of 1992. Since then, Michelle has taken a prominent role in our local community, especially in our schools.

After graduating from Mentor High School, Michelle found a career in retail. Michelle has had jobs at places such as Victoria’s Secret, American Eagle, The Disney Store, and many others. Currently, Michelle holds the Regional Manager position at Athleta. Since beginning her life in retail, Michelle has won countless awards for her efforts in customer service, associate happiness and engagement, and for being an outstanding worker.

Other than being an outstanding and hard worker, Michelle has many jobs in her community. Her volunteerism is most prominent in our school’s sports. For example, Michelle has made meals for 130 members and staff of the football team, she is in charge of the spirit wear, and she reinstated the “Player Volunteer Program.” Along with helping locally, Michelle also helps with the Ohio State and Navy teams as well. You can spot Michelle fundraising, working concessions, and at the year-end banquets.

By many definitions, Michelle is described as a model citizen. This is not only seen by her constant volunteerism with sports but she also helps keep our libraries and parks well-kept by painting benches and reading to children at the Rainbows Babies and Children’s Hospital. Her efforts have led to her induction into the Mentor High School Alumni Hall of Fame.
